When there was no one helping, I turned to them. I got more concern and care from this group. I wish I'd had them earlier. The road to reclaiming a life is getting clearer. Genuine care and compassion.

DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. THEY ARE NOT FOR YOU... THEY SMILE TO YOUR FACE AND THEN FOR NO REASON AT ALL CALL THE COPS AND HAVE YOU LOCKED UP BASED ON minor HERESAY! They accused me of making A THREATNING PHONE CALL TO one of their NURSEs . THEY ARE ABSOLUTE MORONS. I NEVER MADE THE CALL!! I have a masters degree and the nurse accusing me was an LVN... not even an actual well educated nurse! She stated it sounded like me on the phone. Can you imagine! They then set me up with an appointment with the doctor (the nurses) I arrived for the appointment for some mild ongoing depression and that lunatic, quack of a nurse called the cops and had me arrested!!! Of course it was thrown out of the court system but what a hassle!!!! These people are worse off than their patients. I will never seek help for depression ever again. It's been 6 years since this happened and I still have PTSD from their trauma and lies. UNREAL.

I get that this place is understaffed, but six weeks of no response is unacceptable. Moreover the inability to reach counselors or staff by email adds to the veil of mystery in how this place operates.

On the rare occasion that a counselor can be reached, they have generally been helpful.

Dr. Supra-something….
Very rude. She seemed frustrated with my mental health issues. First impression she didn’t introduce herself, I was left 10ft behind her in the halls trying to catch up. Once in her office her demeanor was short and aggressive, as if I was making a return at a department store.
This is my life I’m asking help for.
I mentioned we may not be a good fit for one another and without hesitation got up out her chair and opened the door to show me out.
No follow up or referral to new dr.
Thank you

What a joke, have been taking the same meds my other psychiatrist has ordered for 15 years. Walk in to Supermanians office and hardly sit down before she says she won’t prescribe my meds. She can only dream of being half the psychiatrist I can’t see anymore because of insurance. She would rather put her license and policy before patient steer clear of this place it’s dangerous

I am one of 3 conservators for my brother who has mental health issues. We turned conservatorship renewal forms to Dr. Cogbill over 3 weeks ago and he still hasn’t completed 2forms! My sister calls daily and each day it’s another empty promise and run around! Totally unacceptable to take this long! No wonder the system is so messed up! Can only imagine what it’s like for other patients who don’t have family support! The system is beyond broken!!

⛔️WARNING⛔️
They do not support, they harm. Their “clinicians“ are not competent, licensed, or properly trained. Stay away from this organization. What goes on here could be a case study of what happens when you put the least competent, least educated, least knowledgeable among us in positions of power. They get drunk with it, and the most vulnerable suffer the consequences of the egomaniacal hubris. You and your loved ones will be worse off for interaction.

Jessica Ambriz should not only NEVER be allowed contact with a child in crisis, she should be prosecuted for fraud and child abuse.

Do not come to the county. The care providers are severely under qualified and don’t have the basic amount of empathy to actually help the people that come here. As someone that has been stuck here for almost a year: if you’re stuck between the county and having no care at all, just go without care. You’ll get the same amount of help and you wont have to deal with providers running you in circles and making it seem like you’re the one who’s at fault
