Virtus on Palifox told us at our first meeting that they never turn kids away. After about 3 months of meetings and paperwork we got a call saying that they could not service our boys. The reason was that they could not meet their needs. However, when are boys were in the meet and greets they said that they were wonderful. I did not hear any fussing or crying so clearly it went well. We let them know our discontent with the outcome. A few days later someone from corporate called us to say that they were not able to have our boys in the clinic because they had staffing issues. Someone is lying. If it was staffing issues you would say, " as soon as we get staffed, we will get you in. " if it's that you cannot service them because, you cannot meet their needs then, what is it that Virtus does? ABA clinics are in the business of helping children in need. They took 3 months if not longer out of our lives while we waited just to turn us away losing crucial time for our children. If you're in it to help children, you help all children. If the needs of our children were great then that is the child that you should want in your clinic. You should want to make a difference. Maybe our insurance didn't pay enough and they just chose somebody who paid better. Again another outcome that doesn't support them wanting to make a difference in a child's life. This place is extremely disappointing! As everyone always says when they leave a bad review I wish I could leave zero stars! Don't waste your time here!
