Initially very helpful to gain client but unwilling to accommodate schedule or place with another practitioner. Long response times from office (7 days.) Providers with extremely limited appointment times and then faults patient of lack of availability. If you are unable to commit to their treatment plan (multiple sessions a week) they would immediately try and place you at another clinic. Finding a psychologist is difficult and once you find one, it's quite disappointing when they are unable to provide services.

Vitalize Behavioral Health is the best in the business. Their Dr's and staff are incredibly proactive in meeting the needs of their clients. They are diligent in making themselves available to help clients schedule a session and meet with them. They truly put their clients first and take the time to understand their clients and form a relationship with them to make them feel as comfortable as possible. To say they are tremendously helpful would be an understatement! I would 10/10 recommend their services.

Great place to seek mental health help. I'm new to the Fresno area and have had bad experiences with therapists in the past. I found this place through my insurance and gave it a try. Jonathon Baird is the best and I don't doubt the others working there are just as good. He was able to get me out of some dark places and work me through my thought processes.
