Ms. Ann is a great counselor. She listens intently, asks questions, and offers advice as it's needed. She asks the right questions to help get to the root cause so you can start work on a deeper level. But she does not go so far that it makes you uncomfortable. She was also incredibly accommodating! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Attempted to use her services for couples counseling. During our session she proceeded to offend my wife w/ unwarranted comments that were very unprofessional. After messaging her about them there was no remorse or apology offered.

Edit: You don’t ask them to force a smile during one of the saddest times of their lives. But now you can add that to the limited amount of experience you have in the field so it doesn’t happen in the future.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ann for about 5 years now. She has helped me thru several crisis’ in my life, but let me share how I overcame the PTSD that followed me everywhere. Through prayer and honesty we dug into ‘the why won’t it go away’. You as a patient have work to do too with her. It’s worth it! All you have to lose is...your problem!!! It takes time to fix what has been created over time.
