I've been working with Reggie for several years now. When I was looking for a therapist I called Florida Blue and explained that I needed to find a therapist who's hours were somewhat outside the box because I needed to find someone who had evening and/or Saturday hours because of my work schedule and one of the customer service agents gave me Me Wallace's contact info and I couldn't have been more pleased as to my initial and continuing pleasure with his expertise. I find him very professional and very compassionate. Regarding my own experience with him when there are instances he finds it necessary for you to pay particular attention to what he wants to say to you he is very adept and skillful how he accomplishes this. When you feel that you need to have someone that you desire help from it is necessary to give them the information you want them to understand. And, in order for them to help you properly you need to listen to them. I am very grateful for having his confidence
