I came to Dr. Kara feeling anxious and fragile with low back and neck pain. From her careful questioning and explanations, knowledgeable and detailed as they were but with her warm and professional manner, I knew that I could trust her. Her skilled hands and magic “drop” table helped the pain, especially the next day. Subsequent visits and the recommended stretching exercised have continued to be helpful.

Kara has been then most informative and helpful chiropractor I have seen.

Despite my not being a patient, she offered to interrupt her Sunday to see me immediately. I've continued as her patient and couldn't be happier.
