I come to this Watson Clinic location every few months for appointments and it’s been a good experience every time! And I’m talking years worth of appointments at this point.

The staff is normally friendly and helpful, there’s valet if you really desire and the security guards are always friendly if you need helping finding which floor & desk to go to.

This is not the closest clinic to me, but it’s the one I choose to go to because it’s such a better and pleasant experience. The ExpressCare attached to the back is also much better for an urgent care as well.

Maybe the only bad thing is getting in and out of the clinic- it’s on one of the only steep inclines in Lakeland along the busy 540A so that can get a little tricky.

Candy that sits at the front on the OB/GYN side isn’t friendly at all. Each time I’ve come, it seems as though she despises her job. Some of us are coming for serious concerns. You can be anything in this world, choose to be nice.

All of the staff are absolutely dragging ass and couldn't care less about patients, they just watch the clock and wait around for closing time. Rude as hell and seem to not know what's happening, or really anything at all. Absolutely moronic people and business, hope they shut down and fail

At first I really liked this place, however the more I went the more problems I had. The last straw came when my doctor changed my meds and told me to contact her if there is a problem. I had already been into the office 3 times in 3 months. I sent the doctor a detailed message through the patient portal and instead of hearing from the doctor, a “care team member” messaged me to make an appointment! Why would the doctor tell me to contact her when Watson clinic doesn’t allow you to actually communicate with the doctor? I’m having an issue now that needs to be addressed and can’t wait weeks to get in. I am going back to my doctor is Southwest Florida and just deal with the drive.

Will add a $10 charge to yearly physical, if the doctor puts ANYTHING in the notes. Actual scummy practices. For example, if the doctor looks at your nose & ears and says, “you’re a little congested”. Boom, $10.

Be up front about your scummy add-on charges so I can go into my physical and say, “Doctor, please don’t say a word to me unless I am actively dying. Sign off on my physical.”

Definitely one of the worst clinics I have been too. I have been having a few problems and they weren’t even going to run any tests on me and just send me away. My girlfriend told them to give me tests and they ended up doing some. I don’t have access to the MrChart thing and I have been calling for 2 days trying to get my results and no one will pickup my call or give me a call back when I leave a message.
