The staff truly are an awesome group. They helped me so much and went above and beyond by far in helping me. I was blessed to have started my recovery here and highly recommend if you are starting in recovery, start here. Thank you very much Jaclyn, Ashley, Ellie, Abe, Larry, Sherine, Gabby, the nursing, kitchen and cleaning crew. As there are too many to mention I thank you all. The community was also one of the best I have I was blessed to be around. I thank you all so very much.

I typed into google "in patient" and my city. For some reason this came up and I didn't see the reviews before I called.

I was asked to give some basic information and confirm my insurance card. I sent it to them via email and then was transferred to figure out intake. I was told my insurance was accepted, and they told me they recommend a facility in florida. I said cool, not thinking I had to pay for a flight. The reason i'm seeking help is I just lost my job....I was then asked to pay over 300 dollars for a flight the next day. "what card are we using" and i literally stalled because i have 8 dollars in my bank account right now. Suddenly I am told they don't accept my insurance.

I was on the phone for almost an hour giving them personal and difficult details of my life to have had my time wasted. This is the 4th facility that has let me down in the past month. This is why people don't survive their mental health.

not only did these people waste my time they called me 3x in a row after i hung up with them last night, and then called me again this morning. I find this to be harassment. Do not call me again.

Most of the Tech and Nursing staff are awesome. The groups are worth going to. My Therapist and Case Manager were great but you do need to be the squeaky wheel. Really review the facility before you make a choice as things were not the same as I was told on the phone.

Had a decent experience at first. I thought this facility would be what I needed but after getting more information I decided with my family AND doctor that it is not what I personally needed. I messaged them to tell them that I wasn’t interested anymore and was going to try a treatment plan in my state since my situation is not extreme enough to warrant a 4-6 week stay in another state. You’d think that would be the end of it but they WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. They reach out with different numbers every time and although i don’t answer they keep calling. This is extremely unprofessional and makes me feel like they’re trying to sell me a cruise instead of a way to better my mental health. Please keep that in mind before giving them your information. I feel very uncomfortable now and will ask to speak with a supervisor if they call me again. NO ONE SHOULD EVER FEEL PRESSURED TO PAY $7000 FOR ANYTHING EVER. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO MENTAL HEALTH. I’m giving two stars only because the people i spoke to were very kind. But it could also very well be a sales tactic and not genuine.

Our daughter has completely charged her life for the better due to We Level Up. The medical staff are outstanding. The zoom meetings for parents/spouses is second to none.
We highly recommend this facility for anyone suffering from substances or metal illness.
