Management of the school changed this year and the quality of service has gone down significantly. The daycare starves the children by providing food they will not eat, claiming they are working with a nutritionist. Obviously, this nutritionist must not be certified to work with children because they do not care about ensuring the children get the required calories for growth.

At almost six months of this new company, Learning care group running the daycare, there is no curriculum for the kids and they do not provide supplies to the teachers. Teachers are told to be resourceful with nothing. Some are spending their own money to buy supplies and are not getting reimbursed. This is giving public school at a private corporate daycare.

The teachers are unhappy, the children are bored and hungry, and the director doesn't know anything about running a daycare.

Keep your children away from this place.

We had a horrible experience with their Pre-k . We had high expectations for this school since it is for BP employees. It took them couple months to register my kid  and do the paper works! The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. But...

Their Prek class room is very small for 18-20 kids. Teachers could care less. When ever I walked in she was seating in the corner of her class room and doing nothing. She never acknowledged me walk in the class nor my kid.

Her focus was Sight words! She had very aggressive behavior and even had long stick to point toward kids! They barely do crafts, group activities, group play, learn social manners... Nothing

They force your kid to eat their garbage food ( pizza, burger, turkey sausage, flat bread..... McDonald's quality food). Kids cant bring their own food or snack! Even with dr note the Prek teacher refused to give my kid homemade sandwich.

I'm surprised this place has bad reviews. I worked here about 5 years ago before I became a mother myself and I can personally say that I would feel good about enrolling my daughter in this daycare. First off, they do the typical background check and it is also a requirement to have some schooling beyond high school. This daycare was clean, beautiful and ran very well. I was blown away by how awesome it was. The quality of their good was a thousand times better than most other daycares. The kids were much more educated and better well behaved. The daycare had lots of structure and the teacher /student ratio was very appropriate. I personally quit because one of the girls I worked with was incredibly snarky and ugly towards me but honestly she was AMAZING with the infants. They have nursing rooms for the mothers and a registered nurse that's always there. There's millions of good things I could say about this place. It is not your average daycare. I saw all the "behind the scenes" stuff and I have not one bad thing to say. The employees were all amazing and genuinely loved and cared for the children they worked with. This daycare is legit .

Rest assured that if you want your child in an environment where a handicapped teacher who is completely devoted to the care and love of your children, is targeted and belittled by a discriminatory director, yes Tammy, YOU, then you have found the right place. If you want your children being directed by a supervisor who targets someone because of their FMLA status, you have come to the right place. It’s a real shame when a director, drives a teacher and mentor to the breaking point of tears on a weekly basis. I have never been more ashamed of a learning institution. Regardless of what lies you are told, the teachers at this institute are subject to constant verbal abuse and subjected to a tyrannical rule of a director whose idea of supervising is barking irrational demands at people and daring them to say anything. This institution disgusts me and I fear for its future with such a hateful, vindictive, manipulative & discriminatory Boss, (NOT leader) in place. Good luck to all of you parents. You lost an AMAZING mentor and teacher today!!! Tammy, my family will pray for you. I'm sorry if you hate your life so much that you feel the need to take out your hatred on honest, loyal & committed mentors. Parents beware of this dictator.
You may be saying to yourself, ' This person is just upset over a job loss'. NO!!! You have no idea how horribly mismanaged this facility is. Tammy is a very good sales person. You can only push an employee so far. We have all been there with that one supervisor who does NOTHING to help ANY staff members and only offers blame and does everything to make them self look great and blame everyone else for ANYTHING that goes wrong. I give you TAMMY!!!!! Don’t be fooled parents. Ask about staff turnover. I’m sure you will get the usual rhetoric though from Tammy.

Have 2 kids at this facility and we feel that the teachers and staff do a wonderful job looking after our children. We have been at other facilities and without a doubt this has been the best fit for us.
