Just graduated today from 6 weeks of PT for lower back issues. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. The receptionist was very pleasant. Then met Hank who gave me the initial evaluation. He was very engaging and explained everything thoroughly. Then I spent six weeks with Alexis who did an excellent job. She made it fun and I looked forward to going to every season with her. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would (and have) recommend(ed) them highly.

The entire staff is professional, empathic and patient. They take time to listen and explain. I arrived with a pain level of 8 and ready to agree to surgery. After meeting with Hank and being treated by Leo and Alexis I was down to a pain level of 2 after only a few visits. No surgery. This place is Great!

I was referred to Westshore Physical Therapy by my neurosurgeon, due to a compression fracture in the L4 disk in my spine. I was told that therapy would be the first step in my treatment. An injection would be next and if all those didn’t work, then surgery. After the first week of treatment at Westshore, I knew I would not need to receive the next two steps. I was in physical therapy there for two sessions of six weeks each and, after my first six-week session, they allowed me to stay on the program, then with an emphasis on controlling my balance.
I’m a seventy-seven -year-old female and the sessions changed my life for the better. A few exercises are not a high price to pay to get rid of a lot of pain.
I can’t express in words how much I appreciate the excellent help they gave me. Alexis was a superb, caring, understanding, and great motivator. I would certainly recommend the team there. They are located at the Oak Hill Hospital complex in Spring Hill, Florida.

Westshore has been nothing but an amazing place for me. Having to recover from my unfortunate car accident was super tough but after getting to their office it was so much more bare-able to get through. I’m still currently going through recovery a little over 3 months later but Nate Leo Alexis Gail and everyone else at the office do a very excellent job at getting everything done and making my stay very welcoming! Even if this recovery is going to take a long time, it’ll at least be enjoyable!

I had to have major neck surgery and came to Westshore for therapy. It was a really great experience. The people are really nice, patient and knowledgeable. They really care about your physical improvement. You will see improvement BUT you have to do your home exercises between sessions to see the best improvement. I highly recommend Westshore physical therapy.
