Never been turned down by a "professional " Total lack of empathy. I entrust my issues with this organization only to be told " thing have changed " was told to bring cash, my appt was $130 stopped by ATM pulled out 140 because atm only gives multiple of 20. Told that we don't give change you need to bring exact fee. Was told we can accommodate your needs, 26 hours of dv classes in less than 20 weeks. Not the case. Only appts were 2 days a week in unaccomidatable hours. Basically felt as if I was told "we don't want to work with you " first appt was almost a month in the future. Basically was told , yes we can help you, then nope we got your money now go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money to get less than needed help. This was court ordered , heaven forbid a person truly in need of therapeutic services falls to this scam.

I don’t even want to give this place a single star. I DO NOT suggest going here. They are very flaky. Hours are flaky. Horrible communication. They tell you one thing while scheduling and change the story the day of an appointment saying you were suppose to come in at a different time. We tried straightening things out and she told my boyfriend to find somewhere else to go because she didn’t want to deal with it. Find somewhere else to go and don’t waste your time and money!!

For the life of me I can't remember the lady therapist's name but she was fine. I needed some guidance on a life decision and she helped me put things in perspective. There was never any money issues. I'm referrng a close friend to her.

I used White Mountain Counseling To take car of some things that were Court Ordered and some things for the MVD I would absolutely recommend these guys to friends and family
