I've been going here for about 5 weeks now after having a total shoulder replacement done. Randy, Donna and the rest of the staff have been so wonderful about my physical therapy recovery. Very helpful and if I'm having a bad day with the pain they work with me. I really do enjoy the time I've been going here for my therapy ☺️.

My first PT experience was 7 years ago with a large practice of 6 PTs, 6 PTAs, and a few “ assistants.” The place was always packed with several patients always competing for the same station.
White Mountain PT is a breath of fresh air! It’s a calm, quiet, friendly place where I feel right at home, thanks to the hard-working staff. The PT there, Randy Whittle, is the consummate professional. I value and appreciate his expertise, good humor, and patience. The rest of the staff, the always cheerful Amber, the PTA Donna, and the hard-working assistants Lane and Noah are very involved and skilled. Collectively, they are a fun bunch which makes PT something I look forward to. Like the bar in the TV show Cheers, White Mountain PT in Taylor is a place “where everyone knows your name.”
