I have known and worked with Carolyn for over 10 years now. When I first met her I was in an incredibly dark place in my life, and especially in my thinking. Carolyn has worked with me using a number of amazing methods, and tools to combat irrational, intrusive, and destructive thought patterns that I developed as a child. She helped bring to the light a ton of suppressed emotions, and thoughts that I wasn't aware I had. She has also helped me work through situations that involved unresolved family issues, marital problems, and infertility. One of the things I love most about working with her is that she is REAL with you. I have worked with a number of therapists when I was a young adult and child, and they never brought to the table what she does every single session. She is the perfect person to have in your corner of life!!!
