My first visit experience was great, my partner and I were so hopeful. I booked multiple visit for the next 3 months, however she cancels them all. When questioned about it, she says its because she's a softball coach and she isn't available give or take the weather/cancelations/reschedules of the games. I found that really unprofessional, we are her clients and putting us on the backburner isn't okay. Finding a therapist is exhausting and to have this happen is very discouraging. I'd look elsewhere for a committed available therapist.
