The environment was fantastic, and Andrew and Sterling went above and beyond to guide me through surgery, rehab, and my throwing progression. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to X3 for allowing me to retain optimal bodily function and movement. I had spent a decade + in a considerable amount of daily pain as a result of serious car accidents, playing football, and inactive lifestyle. Neck pain and associated headaches are something I just “dealt with” instead of addressing. Through the specialized treatment (like dry needling) and exercise protocols I got from Dr Andrew Kupper and Dr Sterling Jefferies I was able to get rid of the headaches completely. They are some of the most caring, committed, and encouraging people I’ve ever met.

I’ve also started doing personal training here with Garrett and Ryan who have also been incredible! Pushing me thru limitations I thought I had and undoubtedly getting stronger! Annette and Gianna at the front desk are also super friendly and accommodating! This place rocks.

I’m so happy that I went to X3, Dr. Kupper is truly the best. Not only is he knowledgeable and accommodating, he is great motivator and has an incredible attitude that helped me throughout the tough sessions. The other staff such as Dr. Jefferies also had incredible knowledge and hospitality. The place is extremely cleanly and the organization is second to none. The team helped me through a very tough time and I can not recommend them enough.
