This has got to be one of the worst urgent care in all of Palm Beach County maybe even Broward too. I can’t believe the doctor was still using PCR test for Covid. That’s so old school. He completely damaged my upper sinus on my right side with his test, this place was terrible then he does a CAT scan on me and he can’t even read the CAT scan or have anybody available to tell him what the results of the scan. One of the most telling test you can do when you’re sick with a virus or whatever is a blood test and they can’t even do that there either. Terrible experience

This place should be called hurry up and wait even though there are no other patients. To be medical personnel, these people, with the exception of the doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional and have no business servicing anyone, especially for medical attention. I am a disabled veteran and I treat people how I want to be treated. The female who took my vitals did not even introduce herself to me, I had to greet her first. The whole staff needs classes in client care, expeditiously. I will not ever again use my military benefits at this out patient place of misery. That's the energy that was given inside by the workers.i will never patronize this unprofessional place again.

Great service, great care and great compassion. I was welcomed and treated with respect from start to finish. Was given instructions and education. This office is all the better for having Dr Marva on staff. Her approach, demeanor and care was refreshing in comparison to other doctors I've encountered throughout my life. Thank you!

Today I went to the urgent care I saw Marva carpenter. I have never had such a bad experience in an urgent care. I went because I had an infection in my eyes, and I wanted to confirm that it was pink eye. Every question I asked had a bad response . Disrespectful and not professional. The only person that treated me nice and professional was the front desk, girl. This place has gone down hill and I do not recommend.

I came in here for a drug screen, which I had for pre-employment, and made an appointment only to be told it would be a 10 minute wait. The person in the front desk disappeared for over an hour I was not spoken to or taken care of in any format. Only to be left in the waiting room to eventually leave without getting what I needed done for my preemployment screening. As I had to use the bathroom waiting for my screening I couldn’t wait any longer. If call the desk two times, which I heard it ringing myself, and nobody answered. Don’t ever come here.

I went for a sore throat. Personnel was caring pleasant and responsive. I wish to thank everyone working at this Urgent Care for their professionalism, kindness and response. This place is a true credit to medical profession.
