As a member of the clinical team as a group facilitator employed at Zinnia Health, I have worked at the Singer Island location, and also have personally visited, met staff, and have had the pleasure of meeting Assistant Clinical Director Mary Walker at Deerfield Beach Location Zinnia Health. Our client population takes part of the LIV programming here at Singer Island, in which I've assisted in facilitating in adventure therapy, whether rock climbing, beach meditations, kayaking, etc.; thereafter, clients can also continue engaging in the LIV programming at the Deerfield Beach Location. It has been an amazing experience seeing Alumni whom graduated from Singer Island, go to Crystal Lake and visit us back here at Singer Island, where I've received the most uplifting powerful updates of how their recovery continues on thriving! I would highly recommend Zinnia Health and am a proud employee under amazing leadership and a part of the utmost loving, caring community!

I began my recovery journey at Dignity Healing. I had the opportunity to continue to the step down program at Crystal Lakes Healing, and I am so glad I took that opportunity! The community here, and the staff here are so tight knit and supportive, and I have appreciated my time here more than anything. The staff gives unending support at any time you need and have helped me through some of my darkest times. Same with the community here, they take you in immediately and make you feel welcome right of the bat, and without them I wouldn’t have made it!! This place has given me so many opportunities and so much help to achieve my goals I would recommend it to anyone going through treatment! The facilities are also very beautiful and have an amazing view of the lake!! Love love love this place!

This was my first time and treatment and Zinnia exceeded my expectations. The program is outstanding. The therapists, facilitators and techs there are amazing and are truly invested in your recovery. An added bonus is the Liv program. Rock climbing, morning sunrises and snorkeling are some of the activities I was fortunate enough to participate in. Those activities not only helped tremendously with my recovery but also pushed me to do things I never thought I would be able to do. I’m not exaggerating by saying this place saved my life.

I made the decision to stay at Crystal Lake after my time at Singer Island. The groups were great as the next step in my recovery. It was nice to have housing at a different location to allow for separation between the two. Lauren, Judith, Sean, Ruth, David, and Erica are great and are always there if I needed help or just to talk to someone. I am leaving here feeling healthy are prepared for the next step in my journey. I would definitely recommend!

Crystal lake was an unbelievable experience. An experience I never thought I’d get a chance to have. I am very great full for this place and the time I spent there. The staff are very professional making it welcoming, comfortable and fun! Who knew it could be fun? Going into this I didn’t know what to expect but am glad I made the choice to get help there. This place helped me in many ways and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to better their mind and life. A big plus too is it is near the beach which I was able to go to and relax and meditate. Crystal lake is a great place for recovery!

Crystal Lake Healing was absolutely awful and a disgusting place. I just left from there. Place is full of roaches and it’s a halfway house really and you are really trying to get help this isn’t the right place. The staff is awful. Most of the people staying there are awful too, running from police charges people and people with no real desire to live. Then there are people basically living there who care nothing about getting well treating it like a fun house. I know they withheld meds from some people and then kicked them out literally to the curb. They would not let me have phone even after the 3 day period, and crazy people there told me to just say you are suicidal and you can do anything you want, what an awful place. They left me at the curb with 2 full suitcases and a dead cell phone and threatened to call the police on me when I asks them to let me charge my phone to call an uber. The building is falling apart, complete fire hazard, there are boards missing on all the steps to the second floor. This is a complete scum pit with no one who cares about people.

It’s obvious these prior reviews are fake. This place is a run down dump. Most all staff are just prior addicts with no place to go themselves and no real formal training on patient care.

They lost my medications then never ordered me more omeprozole so I had bad heartburn. They made me buy seroquel, atorvastatin, trazodone and naltrexone, then when I left thru never gave me my meds I paid a lot of money for too. They absolutely suck here. I’d give 0 stars.

As a therapist at Zinnia Singer Island, I can 100% say that the Deerfield Beach facility is a terrific extension of care for those who come out of our facility. The location itself is great and the staff there is even better! Thank you to all of you!
