This place saved my life and really helped me transition into a healthier lifestyle. The compassion and care, coping skills and the different approach to mental health and substance abuse has changed me! I can now live the life with my authentic self! I was in one of the lowest places and the staff loved me and had a different approach with neurofeedback and TMS to provide me with the best care. I would have died without this facility and now I am thriving. I have been to many treatment facilities and this was by far the most holistic care and treatment. They approach depression, anxiety and cognitive behavioral therapy in an advanced style. Ther aren’t words to express how much they truly changed my life! I thank you Zion! I haven't received treatment from Zion Healing Center but called to get information on the TMS that they offer. I spoke to Kaitlyn and let me tell you. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. She didn't push for me to make an appointment and called a week after to check up on me. Very caring. She is top notch. I want to share my experience. I am a 63 year old man and had suffered depression for over 40 years off and on. I tried medicines, years of talk therapy. I got covid in Nov. 2020. I almost died. I missed 31 days of work and actually went back to early but I was worried I would lose my job. The reason I tell the story of Covid 19 is because I have been through hell for 3 1/2 years now. I am a covid long hauler and if you dont know what that is, it is what happens to 10 to 20% of the people that catch covid and survive. My depression came back 10 times worse then the other past 40 years. I was and still have so many medical issues and NO doctors will help me. Now back to Dec 2023. I never told anyone how bad my depression had gotten since covid. I started looking for help online and I saw a add on FB for Zion healing center. I told myself that if I didn't try to get help who knows what I would do. I went in for my consultation and after asking questions about what services they do I didn't even think about it, I signed up that day. I started my NeuroStar treatments that Friday. I had signed up for the 36 treatment plan. Going every Monday through Friday like they recommended. The first week I didn't notice much. But after week 2 and 3. I noticed a big change. My feelings of wanting to fall asleep and not wake up started to change.

When I say started to change what I mean is I started thinking more about life and maybe retiring soon and enjoying my life. I stopped thinking about how great it would be to die in my sleep. I went from a positive thinking of about 10% of the day to 90% positive thoughts. Not only did I notice but my Girlfriend, my Sister my Mother noticed. I had friends asking me what I did differently. Not only has covid drove my depression so deep but I lost 2 of my French Bull Dogs in 2022. That was so sad for me. I still don't know how I made it through that year. Here is how I explain it to everyone I tell. I had a photo on my fridge of my Maggie May my youngest frenchie and I felt so connected to her. Everytime I walked by her photo I would cry and want to end it. I completed my 36 NeuroStar treatments and I am still feeling great about my life. I can now look at her photo and be happy. It reminds me of good times. As far as I am concerned TMS therapy has made me feel better then any other time in my life.

Besides all the help I received from NeuroStar it also was great to deal with all the employees there. It is so nice to go to a office where they all make you feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend TMS therapy if you are suffering from depression. Please give Zion a try..

There is a warm and comfortable atmosphere that puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. During my initial appointment, the staff listened to me without judgment and went over all the services & we created a plan that would best support me. I'm grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I recommend trying the neurofeedback, it helped relieve my anxiety

I have several months trying to get services in there, first, I can have one service if I am not take counseling, I left my counselor to get all the whole package in there, but then My insurance doesn't paid for it because it need a referral from my PCP doctor, I called my PCP and let her know, she sent a referral, then is was not it, was something else... Seriously?! Very low concern about people in need of their services, lack of professionalism. Is there any qualifications to get take in consideration to get the services?! Pffff👎👎👎👎👎

completely unprofessional avoid at all costs if could give 0 stars I would. Tried setting up appointment multiple times called in left voice mails, never received a call back. They do not care about your mental health here.
