Tara has been incredibly helpful while I navigate my first pregnancy! Her knowledge in the pelvic health field is something you just don't get without her years of experience. I always leave my appointments feeling educated and taken care of. Thankfully I have not personally dealt with pelvic floor dysfunction. However, I know that I have her as a resource for if that day comes. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her throughout the extent of my pregnancy and as I journey into postpartum recovery. Cassidy has been monumental for me in my healing journey. She’s helped me recover from a stubborn coccyx injury and has been coaching me on strengthening my muscles and core. She’s incredibly empathetic and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. She has a calming presence and makes you feel comfortable during sessions. She easily answers questions and gives in depth explanations. I’m no longer living in pain and discomfort thanks to her. I’m so thankful I was referred to Cassidy, she has improved my quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally! 🙂

Cassidy is wonderful physical therapist! She has helped me move through pain management with simple assessments in office, and moved to strengthening so that I can be the strongest I can be! Our goal is to balance strength and mobility, and I feel we have made great progress since coming to her in the spring. She has been extremely flexible with my schedule and I appreciate the chance to use the video conferencing when I can't make an in-office appointment.
The office itself is easy to get to, clean, and welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough, for ladies of all ages!

Desert Pt and Pelvic Health has been a huge help to my women’s health and overall health. The office is always clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly along with extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with them. I carry my PTs cards with me now to handout if I chat with someone who could use her help.

Cassidy is a pelvic floor physical therapist and she is the literal best! She made me feel so comfortable right away. I was dealing with several post partum issues and she helped me gain my strength and confidence back! She was able to address all of my concerns and I am forever grateful.I would 10000% recommend Cassidy and anyone at this clinic!! If you need a pelvic floor specialist this is your place!

I found Cassidy at Desert PT and Pelvic Health and it changed my life! I was struggling with adhesion issues after a hysterectomy/abdominal surgery and didn't think I would ever be pain-free again. Cassidy took the time to listen and find therapies that worked for my particular issues. She is patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable and I cannot recommend her, and Desert PT enough.
