Thomas Cunningham is great! After several negative experiences by different providers I came to Alleviant and was a bit apprehensive. I was fully ready to have another negative experience. After my first meeting with Thomas I let out the biggest sigh of relief. He was attentive, asked questions, and most importantly KIND. Thomas did not make me feel as if I needed to be "in and out" which can be common. The woman at the front desk is super kind too! I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Don't Recommend This place for Adults or kids. They are so unprofessional in all way. They don't answer your phone call. If They do it's Rude and unprofessional took me a week to get a answer and then they don't take our insurance. I would not recommend these place to my worst enemy even they deserve more Respect.........

We see Mr. Tom Cunningham, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, at the Rogers location. He is attentive, knowledgeable and experienced. Mr. Tom is great with our family and works to get us the help we need. Very grateful. Anna R.

$300 per appointment to refill a $5 prescription. If you are a working class man they basically want you dead. I've never felt so unhelped in my life. Total scam.

Tomas Cunningham switched my medication to Seroquel which caused sleep apnea, panic attacks and affecting the left side of my brain. Nobody has yet to get back to me after three different voicemails regarding my concerns. They're treating me as if I am a lab rat with little regard for the fact that I am an adult with a job and responsibilities. I do NOT recommend this location. They're going to disregard your mental health and treat you like a science experiment. They let me suffer three weeks instead of listening to my complaints the first time around.

Had great experiences so far with Alleviant. Brittany is great. Scheduling appointments, getting refills, and payment is all easy. Both Telehealth and in person goes smoothly. Had about a years experience here now and haven’t had an issue yet.
