My son who is now 17 had a psych doctor who apparently didn’t know what autism was and when my son was 10 he diagnosed him with adhd and a defiance disorder and said my son would be in jail. At 13 he was diagnosed by school and other psychs with high function and his psych at this place would yell at my son(mind you we’ve only met this doctor once and all visits were on a screen in the office) for not giving eye contact. A lot of HFA kids teens and adults don’t like eye contact or see themselves on the screen too. So we left the place. My son isn’t a trouble maker all these years, and is a honor roll student and has never been in trouble with the law.

I needed to get a signature from my psychiatrist for a job training in Phoenix. The receptionist Jennifer helped a ton and made sure she did everything she could so I could get the signature I needed in time. She was super helpful and nice.
