Bonnie is a highly skilled and exceptional therapist. I am so grateful that I found her after a few unsuccessful attempts to find a therapist in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Don’t waist your money and time with this therapist. The first time I met with her was for a “15 minute consultation”, previously I hadn’t even talk to her over the phone. We just set up a time via text. I went for what I assumed was a consultation, she ended up charging me $150 because she said “this was kinda like a therapy session.” I thought it was sneaky of her to not clarify this in the beginning. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she seemed nice. She scheduled me for a second therapy session the following week, and she didn’t show up. I arrived at her office at 8:30 as scheduled. I called and texted, the building receptionist also called and texted and she didn’t respond. She never called me back to apologize for not attending the meeting. Very unprofessional.
