Heaven forbid you ever have to depose these people for court! They want to charge $2000 each time as though the therapist is an “expert witness”. If you refuse to pay, they put it on your credit report!!

Charis Mian was my ex’s therapist who willingly took on my 4 youngest children after their previous therapist filed a hotline report regarding their dad.

Chenal backed her despite the clear conflict of interest, violation of their code of ethics and concerning bias. It is ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY!

If you need legitimate therapy services, look elsewhere.

I personally have a wonderful therapist through CFT. My husband was going to do his first therapy appointment. They never sent the link even though they said they did and charged a 100$ missed appointment fee. He can't do anything appointment without the fee. Cody reinheart in billing is honestly the most unhelpful person in the world and refused to take the fee off despite me having screenshots to show we never got the link. He himself could not provide proof that it was sent to his email. In fact the email he sent about declining the fee waiver had two errors on it. I really hate this was my husband's first experience trying to get therapy. This is honestly why so many people don't try to get better

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL UNORGANIZED NON-CARING psychiatic place I've ever been to. I was referred to this company by my last therapist I had the i intake meeting in one session then my therapist starts canceling on me. I canceled twice within their three cancel policy , I called to make an appointment and they told me I needed to submit another referral okay no problem I got my doctor to do it. Then they tell me that they hadn't received the referral and will call me back when they receive it. I know my doctor had told me the same day that the referral was sent. Needless to say I am still waiting for that phone call and that was over 2 months ago! This place needs to be shut down ASAP.

Worst therapist I ever had. Didn’t cancel our last appointment after I told her I no longer wanted to see her. This office charged my card $100 6 months later for a no show fee for 1 appointment. I would never ever recommend going here

this is the WORST psychiatrist office I have ever had the displeasure of working with. In my experience, they discriminate against their clients, speak ill of you if you god forbid have to buy groceries instead of a bill. they will add on ridiculous fees that make no sense. MEDICATION “MANAGEMENT” is ridiculous. The amount of times I have missed refills because the nurses or doctors don’t call in the RX. They will bill you for an hour long session when one session went 18 minutes — billing it to insurance as a full hour, me having to pay the difference. The office once told me “your doctor is on vacation you’ll have to wait till he gets back to get a refill.” On a medication I have been taking for years. Spring, the Director of Operations could not have been less helpful or more condescending. I had been requesting records for services paid for for two weeks and finally had to take it to her. She said if I went to the news (my LAST resort) to talk about the way I was treated she would cancel all future appointments. My last straw was the discrimination I felt as someone going through a gender journey. I can’t elaborate on this at the moment — but I promise do not go here if you’re looking for someplace LGBTQIA+ friendly. The most poorly managed office, they see you as a number and how much money they can get out of you. Stay away.

No call, no show on telemedicine appointment on a Friday. I couldn't reach anyone by any means of communication, yet I was billed. Update: they refuse to remove the bill. My only choice is to pay or not pay, go to collections, and then sue. Lovely way to do business at a mental health clinic. Just fabulous.

I get insanely frustrated with this place at least once a month. As all of the other reviews said, they charge you an insane amount of money for a missed appointment and they will not waive it or be understanding even if the reason you missed was due to a family emergency. Getting my prescription refilled is constantly a nightmare and now I'm going to run out before these people can get their acts together. I'm scared to death because I've never run out of my medicine before so I'm probably going to crash! Avoid this place.
