Counselor is was great, but Rogers office staff and admin were horrible. Not only did they take weeks to get back to me, but when I called to follow up, they were rude and not helpful. Unfortunately this the only school based counselor so I do not have another option, but if I did, I would find another place with kind employees who cared about their clients.

I am frustrated with the administrative staff regarding a recent issue with my wife's updated COB in March. Despite updating it, the insurance did not process it correctly, resulting in our claim being denied. After contacting the insurance to update it again and receiving a reference number from the insurance, I provided it via voice message to Eason Counseling. Unfortunately, the claims continued to be denied, and Eason was calling multiple times, stating that we would assume financial responsibility if the issue was not resolved.
Having experience in billing, I contacted the insurance directly for the third time, and learned that the COB had indeed been updated. The representative offered to create a dispute and have all claims reprocessed. It was also revealed that the provider had not called in to dispute the denial, only requesting reprocessing.
When attempting to speak with someone in the billing department, I encountered difficulties and unhelpful responses from the front desk staff. Despite requesting to speak with someone in the insurance department or a billing manager, I was informed that they were unavailable or out of the office.
As someone with a background in healthcare administration for 10 years, I believe that patients should be treated with respect and issues should be handled promptly to prevent future problems. The dismissive behavior and lack of concern for resolving the issue has left me disappointed in the level of care provided by the administrative staff. If my wife did not have a good experience with her therapist, I would have given this facility a poor review and suggested finding a better alternative.
Perhaps, if someone had taken the time to discuss the issue with me, I may not have felt compelled to post this review at all. Nevertheless, here we are.

When we first started therapy my son was 4 years old, we just found out he was ADHD, ADD, and of course packed with huge emotions and he didn't know how to express himself in school without it beinga distraction for fellow classmates and teachers. We went through different counseling services throughout the years but our first year we met a wonderful therapist named Mr. Ryan. He worked with my son and helped him until Mr. Ryan went to extend his carrier. My son worked with other therapists from different places but all seemed to quit without notice leaving my son with no one. After several years of the on and off again therapy places we found ourselves at Eason counseling. I filled out the forms and within a week my son was seeing a therapist at school and sometimes in the office. My son came home and was so excited because Mr. Ryan had come back and was once again there for him. My son who is now 12 has someone he trusted back, on top of someone he considers a friend. Mr. Ryan has gotten my son to learn how to control his anger, help him learn to calm himself, stop and think before he acts, which before he couldn't seeing as my son didn't have the correct impulse control. Mr. Ryan has helped my son go from feeling alone and misunderstood to being able to make friends, hold connection between people, realize nothing is wrong with him, he's just special in different ways and how to find peace and believe in himself. Mr. Ryan has been a god sent and I'm so thankful that by going to Eason counseling we were able to find him again. The staff and other therapists here are always so amazing and helpful, the front staff is so kind and lovely. The inside environment is so relaxing knowing that your children or yourself will get the up most care and you'll never feel alone .Thank you Mr. Ryan for all the wonderful things you have done and still do for my son. And thank you Eason for being the best therapy places I have ever come in contact with!

I would exercise extreme caution when choosing this counseling office as a place for healing and understanding. They are quick to go ethics and seemed to be uninformed on what ethics truly mean. They fail to tell you when you are getting an intern who simply cant handle issues at hand when it may become tough conversation and issues at hand to deal with. I wouldn't recommend this establishment even if they were the only one in northwest Arkansas. They truly don't understand the issues at hand and will deny services when they simply don't have the proper educated staff to handle tough issues.

One thing about all of this is that I know that all this is a lie I see mr. Ryan for my counselor and he's the most nicest person I ever met I've been so confident in myself when he see me because I know that everything will be okay he's the most funny outgoing person so yeah he won't do something like that and I know that because I've been with him for 2 years seeing him as my counselor

Eason Counseling deserves no more than one star, and I feel obligated to share my experience to caution others. Over the course of three frustrating years of dealing with the Admin here, it's become clear that they prioritize profits over genuinely helping people in need.
One of the most maddening aspects of Eason Counseling is their inflexible and profit-focused appointment protocol. When you call them in a desperate state, pleading for immediate assistance, they heartlessly respond with their "protocol," which entails running insurance checks and getting back to you in 2-3 weeks. Even when you implore them to simply get you on the books in the interim since most therapist are booked out for 2-3 weeks anyway, they callously insist, "This is our process."
This cold and uncaring response leaves individuals in distress feeling helpless and unheard. It's evident that Eason Counseling Ownership has applied their corporate background to this clinic and is more interested in following their profit-driven agenda than providing timely and compassionate care to those who need it most. They see you as nothing but an insurance payout here obviously and they will NEVER call you back as they promise. (As you can see from other 1 star reviews here.)
If you're struggling with mental health issues, I strongly advise against seeking help at Eason Counseling. Their approach prioritizes profits over people's well-being, leaving those in need to suffer unnecessarily. Look elsewhere for a mental health clinic that values your urgency and cares about your mental health above all else.

I'll give this place a ZERO at best but I couldn't post without choosing a star. I used a form reaching out to the specific counselor I wanted to see. NEVER heard from her so reached out to her. She said probably better to call the office. So, I did. I gave them my insurance info THREE times, each time they told me there was not a record of it. The last time I was assured I would hear back. NOPE, didn't happen. I found a wonderful counselor elsewhere the I was able to see within a few days. This is entirely unacceptable, especially in this field. I felt like I was just another insurance claim to them.
