Schyller is always polite and pleasant to speake with in person and over the phone. Any time there may be a question or a conflict she is calm and finds a resolution to help me. Terrible experience. I was warned to stay away, but this was the only place that we were able to get an appointment at. They refused an in person visit. Then had a non medical professional do the intake call, not asking any different information than what was given on the intake forms. When I called to schedule the first "real" appointment, I was told that they weren't accepting new patients! Then they charged our card for almost $200 after insurance for the worthless intake call that gave no value. I've now made one call to billing, and 3 calls to an office manager, and have been told that I need to speak to the "New Patient Experience" team. I've yet to receive a call back from them, our new patient experience has been terrible, and I've now made over 50 phone calls to different providers trying to get someone to help our son! Psychiatric / neurological help in Sarasota County is extremely lacking!!!

Unfortunately my psychiatrist retired and DNA ELITE was on the list to call for appointments. I have had approximately 5 telehealth appointments. During the last telehealth appt. I was asked to get an EKG which I had never been asked for before. I immediately got this done and sent to DNA. During my conversation I was told my rx would be cut but not bc the EKG showed anything but bc of age. This was a real set back. After trying to pick up the pieces of multiple family deaths, 3 major Hurricanes and daily life stresses. Then I was charged for telehealth after they switch the format and I couldn’t get connected. I immediately called the office and then waited 1.5 hours for the dr to come, which she never did. I made the appt for earliest available which was my last.

Horrible, had to redo my initial visit due to a staff member leaving. Understandable I guess, then was not able to return to the medication I was taking for years that I knew worked. Then comes the billing issues. I am now in collections for something that I have called and email about multiple times that was suppose to be fixed. I was even told to ignore the bill at one point. The Dr’s are nice enough but everything else is making my mental health worse! Would switch but i cant with my insurance! Beware I know I am not the only one with these billing issues. All I need is someone to fix the issue I do not think that is too much to ask.

I haven’t seen the doctor yet but I’ve run out of medication 3 wks ago and have to wait weeks to get an appointment. We’ll see..

Dishonest, misleading, malpractice by ARNP who they said was a psychiatrist, and patient neglect. They’ve been reported to the Florida Health Department multiple times. They do not care about their patients, they will blatantly lie to you, withhold information regarding medications, and force you to either agree to a medicine you’re not comfortable with & that has caused you suicidal episodes in the past or you won’t receive your medication you’ve been taking for the past years that would cause intense withdrawals and possible hospitalization.

Stay far away from this company - unless you want to endure more trauma and suffering.

Lastly, idk why people in the reviews are talking about a psychiatrist — they admitted to me that they only have ARNPs and there may be a few psychiatrists at other locations but most of their “psychiatrists” at all their locations are ARNPs. Calling them a psychiatrist is misleading and I’d be certain illegal and if not, it definitely goes against the code of ethics - a ARNP is not a psychiatrist - it is an advanced registered nurse practitioner. They’re not even PMHNP - advanced practice psychiatric nurses - who have to do advanced schooling to diagnose and treat and who are truly qualified, less than a psychiatrist, to be diagnosing and prescribing medications.

So please don’t believe a lot of these good reviews as they are not factual.
