I had a wonderful experience with Find Your Shine. My therapist's name was Rosa Batista and I saw her from May 16, 2024 until September 16, 2024. I would've continued to see Rosa for longer, but I moved out of the country by the end of September.

Rosa is very professional and she really helped me unjumble my thoughts. I never pictured myself taking risks or breaking out of the box that my family had me in. It was working with her that I found the courage to finally start taking control of my life. This is why I moved out of the country and out of a very toxic household. I still can't believe I did it, but I did! I'm really looking forward to the what comes next in my life. <3 Thank you to Find Your Shine and especially to Rosa. I genuinely can't thank you enough for your support and guidance. Oh, about the office. I loved sitting in the lobby listening to the ocean waves. It's very calming and this office always has a diffuser running with a pleasant scent. This put me in the right headspace before my session!

Find Your Shine is a gem amongst gems and was my final answer to a long search for the “right office”.

As a young woman in my 20’s, it feels like this office was made for me. One of my favorite things about the office is the strong team of women that own and lead. Every single therapist and all of the other staff at Find Your Shine are so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I found this office at a critical point in my life- facing trauma, financial strain, and a fairly recent PTSD/OCD diagnosis.

I can’t speak highly enough about my therapist, Brittaney. She is trendy, funny, empowering, immensely empathetic, and most of all she has made me feel deeply safe and seen during our sessions. I feel as comfortable talking to her as I do my best friend. The tools, confidence, and self development Brittaney has helped me bring into my life has already been life changing and I look forward to a long term relationship with her and the office!
