They need a 100 stars emoji for this place! So.. get ready, this is going to be a bit long. First, this was my daughter’s (20) first appt in person EVER. Second, her therapist Jordana, was like an angel among us. Third, Just as I thought this place is too good to be true, IT GOT BETTER!! The lovely ladies up front (Hannah and a trainee) were actually babysitting a friends 4 week old child and had the whole week, and still managed to run the business professionally and with kindness. They were so adorable with the love they lavished on that baby. Then my phone is dying, my daughter is in the back and you guessed it, no charger.. but, the girls had my back, and let me use theirs. Ikr! Back to, Jordana, she was so sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable, in all things, related to bpd, dbt and cbt. My daughter has bpd, ocd, and adhd. Jordana was so honest with my daughter about what she was going to go through with these therapies, that it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. I wish I could write a book on this place, in just a few hours, i literally could. If you are almost giving up on anyone treating your child as a human being with feelings and emotions and not just a mental health case, there is hope!!! I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH, GIVE THEM A CALL! I will come back as the weeks progress and give you updates. Also, they accept AHCCCS I know they take United Heath care, and Health choice, but not, Mery Care. If you have mercy care, you can change your plan up until August or September. If you actually read this far, I’m sorry it’s so long, and thank you for reading my review. My hope is, someone will see this, who is scared for their child, or is not seeing any hope for someone actually providing a chance at helping their child live a happy life and fulfilling life, because that was me, and my daughter. After today, we are thanking God and starting to believe, God is here and he will send Good people in his timing. Even if you aren’t a believer your child still deserves the best care there is, THIS IS IT!! The end..

This place has changed my life. I have spent my entire adult life in and out of jail and prison, strung out on drugs, and homeless. I never had any desire to do anything different... Until imagine therapy was introduced to my life. Now, I am sober, almost 6 months, and active in my community. I am living, for the first time in my life, and have goals and ambitions I can actually see myself accomplishing, and i look forward to everyday, when I wake up. The therapists and staff, the entire team at imagine are very supportive, and involved in all of their clients recovery, and I couldn't thank them enough.

Ashley is the bomb! I’ve been seeing her for I think almost two years. My favorite things about her are: very intent listening, genuinely validating, provides a lot of resources, always offers advice and tools that are actually helpful. I’ve never felt like even one session was a waste of time. Ashley doesn’t waste time, she gets to the root of my concerns or issues and we can work through almost anything in one session. My daughter was an addict she was lost, her addiction impacted our entire family mainly her two children. When she came in contact with Imagine Therapy not only did her life change but our entire families life changed for the best! If I could give imagine therapy more than 5 stars I definitely would! The life skills they provide each woman is amazing! they teach them there is no shame in their past and prepare them for their future free of their addiction.

I loved my therapist. She was awesome. Decided to leave because the office wanted charge me an $80 cancellation fee when I contacted them prior to my appointment asking for a reschedule because I couldn’t find someone to watch my kids.

I scheduled an appointment with Ashley at Imagine Therapy earlier this week and left very disappointed and frustrated.

It took me almost a year to build up the courage to schedule an appointment with a therapist to help me navigate the waters of some very challenging times in my life that have weighed heavy on my heart and mind for a very long time. I took time off of work for this appointment and moved my whole day around to finally sit down with Ashley and get the help that I needed.

I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early to find the lights off and the door locked. I thought this was odd, but decided to continue to wait just in case the person who was supposed to open the doors was maybe running late. 5 minutes before my appointment, nobody had shown up. I called the office number and left a message just in case someone was on call for the office. Waited another 15 minutes (now 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment) and called the number again and left a voicemail to let them know that I was leaving.

Days later, never received even a phone call apologizing. They completely disregarded my appointment and my time and didn’t care enough to even give me a call back.

I would NOT recommend going to Imagine Therapy when you are in need. I just keep thinking about all of those people who are in more desperate situations then I am. When people finally find the courage to seek help for mental health, it could be a matter of life and death. And yet, this place of business could really care less.
