The receptionists Bella at the Little Rock location and Cody at the Conway location rock!!!! Danielle and Sarah are awesome providers. My friends who have gone to new path as well have had very positive things to say about my recommendation. If you want a mental health clinic that really cares about you, these guys are great!!!

New Path Mental Health & Wellness has literally changed my life! Zach has curated an amazing team of professionals that are dedicated to the wellbeing of their patients. If I need an appointment they do their best to work me in as soon as possible. They work with you on medication changes and adjustments without judgement. I personally have seen such a change in how I feel and how I view myself. I have lost over 50 lbs and my mental health is thriving. Thank you Zach and the staff at New Path for treating your patients with such care and compassion. I cannot recommend y’all enough!

10/10 recommend New Path. The staff in office are super friendly. They are very experienced in all things mental health from children to adults. I live 2 hours away and the Telehealth visits were very convenient. Sarah really helped me through dark times and I never felt judged she truly listened and helped put the light back in to me one session at a time. I voiced my concerns on why I quit taking my antidepressant to Danielle who was determined to figure out what worked best for me and MY needs. She was not a pill pusher, she knows her stuff. She explained everything, and really made me feel like I was heard and in control of my treatment and I have NEVER felt better.

I spoke with Lindsey in the billing department today. I just want to thank her for how kind and quick she was to help me. I've called so many places that don't take my insurance and it has been so frustrating.

Drove over a hour to the location. It was hard to find where the office was located you had to go up 3 stories in an elevator and I wasn’t told any of this. We were 7 min late to my son’s first appointment and was told they would have to reschedule because Zachery Coco didn’t have enough time to see my son for an intake. Due to being 7 minutes late. I won’t be rescheduling or coming back here just from this experience. The receptionist is also snooty.

Edited: I don’t make derogatory reviews wherever I go. Unless I truly felt it was needed. In reality I’ve made a total of 3/5 reviews to health clinics. Majority of health clinics are bad enough for a bad review. Most people would agree. The health system is not organized or doing people right for the most part. Personally the history of what I’ve reviewed on google should not have anything to do with what how I was treated today. It seems you are trying to make me out to be incompetent to make a review for New Path? I’m not from the Little Rock area. I branch out in hopes I can find a better clinics than what’s offered in our small town area. In the past I personally did have bad experiences as 3 different clinics, but that’s no one’s business. However, I have an excellent psychiatrist I use not even a mile from New path at APC.

However, This appointment I’m complaining about was for my son. Who is 5 years old. Which I have had to address 2 different times to New path. I was confused by the questions I filled out the online family history as if it was for myself. I was called yesterday about it. So I put n/a on all the questions in hopes I could just talk to the psychiatrist myself about it all. I showed up today after driving over an hour, and was asked the same thing. If the appointment was for me or my son that my answers seems directed for me and it confused them and I needed to redo it.
I told them I had redone it but answered n/a in hopes to talk to the doctor about it. They said I was being turned away for not having my online information completed and being 10 minutes late. I explained I had just drove over an hour they expressed that Dr. Coco didn’t have time to do my sons intake after 10 min late.
When I arrived at 1pm (time of the appointment) and was 7 min late when arriving to the office, and I couldn’t find the office because it was a building with no New path signs or directions when entering the three story building.
I felt disregarded and we won’t be rescheduling. This shouldn’t have been an issue under any circumstances. No mother or adult should have to drive that far and be turned down in that short of a time frame.

First, Zach was great and did a fantastic job. If you were just a few minutes late, you would get charged even if you had technical difficulties. I’m on limited income and that killed me. The billing department is rude. I give Zach 5 stars, but the rest, one.

I cannot recommend New Path enough! The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to help when I need it. I had an issue with my insurance, they helped explain the issue and then worked with me on setting up a payment plan that I could afford to take care of my balance till it was paid off. As long as you are willing to communicate with them, they are willing to help when it comes to payment issues.

I also love that I have the option to switch between video appointments and in person when I need to. Makes getting the help I need very convenient!

This place was horrible!! Not only could you not get people on the phone so that important information to be communicated in a timely fashion, professionals were either late logging on to Telahealth virtual meetings or didn’t care enough to offer a courtesy call to a brand new patient who did not understand the process of the meetings since NO ONE usually answered the phone for questions prior to meetings. I (his mother) in addition to having full medical insurance, had to put my personal credit card on file that they graciously debited even though my son missed his first therapy meeting (a no-show as they call it) due to poor how-to instructions as he has waited for them to reach out to him. No courtesy call was offered (to a new patient) although they certainly called both of us when a credit card was needed on file! My son also had to wait beyond an appointment time for his medication—yes the doctor was late, but I certainly got charged as if she were on time! What a total waste of approximately $300 in less than the first week of contacting this establishment. The worst thing is my son is now very discouraged about finding the help he needs. Need to do better in providing mental health care that patients depend on!
