I would like to start out by saying if you're concerned about if the therapy is worth the cost, I can assure you this is the right place to go.
Claudette helped me process my trauma and grief of losing my family then my job. We are still undergoing a treatment program, however I can now talk about my parents without crying, I am in a healthy relationship and I landed a new job when I couldn't even get out of bed 5 months ago.

Claudette also helps me with day -to-day life guidance on things I didn't realize were impacted by my trauma; I thought they were just harmful traits I was inherently stuck with.

The EMDR therapy was very effective and I joke with Claudette saying it's "witchcraft" she does because I'm still stunned at how she helped me through pain I never thought could get easier.

She is an amazing therapist and has the right balance of making you feel comfortable, while also pushing you out of your comfort zone in order to allow you to grow as a person.
