Sunny Sia has been a tremendous help in getting my mental health in order. I have suffered severe trauma and was experiencing crippling PTSD. I also have generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder and OCD. I was close to losing my job because I was having panick attacks and couldn't work. I had seen another psychiatrist who wouldn't return my calls. I had been with that psychiatrist for a few years. I was absolutely panicking and searched for a psychiatrist and found Sunny. He had an appointment right away which was amazing. He helped fill out my FMLA paperwork so I didn't lose my job. And he also diagnosed me with ADHD. He really listens and truly cares. He prescribed medication that has allowed me to be able to do my job again. I'm no longer suffering from PTSD, I am not having nightmares, I haven't had a panick attack in weeks and with my ADHD under control I can focus and I don't lose things like my glasses or wallet a few times a day. I'm doing so well I was able to stop one of the medications. I've been recommending him to everyone. Also his staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're having issues with your mental health don't hesitate to call him. He will work with you to improve your quality of life.

Hands down our best experience with a Psychiatrist for our 8 year old. She has been struggling for a long time and we tried EVERYTHING. Sunny makes our family feel like this is a team effort. He actually listens and gives you the time you need to voice concerns. After various attempts with medication that did not sustain stability, Sunny suggested trying Matthews protocol for her diagnosis and we all did our research and decided to give it a try. We knew it was going to take time and it was not a quick fix but we have tried everything and were feeling defeated. We followed the specific instructions and she is finally stable and able to enjoy school and friends. She went from raging daily to independently completing homework. Thanks to Sunny and staff at Holistic Medical Clinic for helping us on this journey and never giving up on our sweet girl. I am beyond thankful I found Dr Sunny Sia at Holistic Medical Care!! He has greatly and quickly improved my mental health. Other doctors were quick to do things that did not work for me.
Dr. Sunny always listens to what I have to say and works to find a solution for ME. I look forward to my appointments with him every time, he is the absolute best. I even have to bring my 7 month old along occasionally with no issues. Dr. Sunny and his very sweet receptionist are very accommodating! I love this place and the people. We brought our daughter to Sunny after looking for a child psychiatrist. I noticed some reviewers mentioned that he helped their children so we decided to try. Our daughter is 7, with ADHD and ODD. Daily meltdowns, aggression, anger, you name it. She wanted to comply, but would get so angry, the anger just took over. We tried counseling for over a year, behavior charts, incentives, diet modification, limiting screen time, you name it. We read the books, we researched, we ruled out nutritional deficiencies. Sunny started her on medication and it is a night and day difference. She is calm, able to be redirected, she is happy, does not have outbursts of anger. We have our daughter back. She can focus on a conversation. She talks to us about how she’s feeling, instead of acting out. We are truly grateful!

Sunny is by far the nicest person I’ve ever seen in regards to mental health! I’ve had issues with severe anxiety for a very long time now, and in the past month or so in seeing him I have improved so much! It definitely takes time, but I’ve never thought I’d see myself this healthy for a long time. He makes you feel very comfortable and is very understanding!! As soon as you walk in both Natalia and Sunny are so nice and welcoming. I have gained confidence in myself and am able to do things that I haven’t been able to do for years, and I am honestly so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him and be treated here.
