Their office is a revolving door because they don't pay their therapists enough to keep them for long. I was discharged from their entire practice after going there for years because one therapist I saw for a couple months, Tiffiny, who promised I wouldn't need therapy anymore after a year with her, decided that I was just like her and made a bunch of assumptions about me based on not even half of any stories, and discharged me from the whole practice, while telling me someone from the office would contact me to reassign me to a new therapist. She spent half of each of my individual sessions lecturing me for my kids not being comfortable going back alone with her the second time they met her, even though they never got another chance after the third time, when I told her they were willing to try that week, but she said it didn't matter anyway because we had to do a treatment plan update. She spent the times she did see them lecturing them and acting as though she assumed they were bad kids who would never listen to her, rather than trying to build rapport and gain their trust.
I waited 2 months and no one followed up. I had finally gathered the courage to file a complaint with the owner about her, and instead of listening to my complaint, they talked to Tiffiny, and decided that she had the power to decide my entire family be discharged from the entire practice, with no opportunity to clarify or defend ourselves. I was denied individual therapy, and they said they sent a referral to an organization that handles more intensive treatment cases for my family. Why did we see multiple other therapists before her that were happy to continue working with us until they left for better opportunities, but this one therapist got to decide we weren't good enough for their whole practice after only a few weeks?

I called set up an appointment because they were referred by my insurance. I was assured that Stephanie could handle my situation. I asked to have free consult after I had scheduled because I have worked with therapist before.I wanted to make sure the 95.00 per session would help me. When I arrived they never had me sign any hipaa paperwork. We made a second appointment. I called the office and gave them the cc numbered, explained how I would like to do payment for the next session. An hour before the 2nd appt they called for the cc. At the session she told me she could no longer help me. We were suspicious and still are of their behavior.

Theyre okay, my first therapist Jennifer wasn't the right fit for me but she was incredibly kind, however when I was getting paired with a different therapist and asked if I could call back to make an official appointment, they said yes, but when I called a few days later, no pick up. I left a message. Nobody got back to it. I called a few weeks later, left another message, and nobody got back to it. About a month later I called again and I couldn't leave a message because the voice box was full. I haven't had therapy in months.

I've been with my counselor Jessica for 2 years now and she's amazing. She's a great listener and gives very thoughtful commentary and advice, basically to say she's an awesome person and great at her job lol

We sometimes have trouble with insurance covering appointments, but staff is aware and helpful of when that happens. That's mostly on insurance companies being stingy.

I gave 3 stars because I have 2 issues. 1 which I certainly give a 5 and that is for my granddaughters counselor Jamie who is just an all out great guy. Perfect for the teenage years in my opinion. Then my not so good issue is my other granddaughter was seeing a counselor named Lisa who she absolutely loved. She was the first woman that my granddaughter felt very comfortable with and was really opening up to. Then out of the blue. Lisa is no longer with us. We will set you up with someone else. No names mentioned but my granddaughter could've counseled her. Bad move on Mary Welsh. We were able to find Lisa for her and will continue to stay with her.

My first visit was in an unsavory building and area. A copay was charged but later found out it was not a therapist but rather an intern Several items were incorrect on my assessment form, as well!
My 2nd visit, the therapist was 15 minutes late, and talked about my diagnosis, which should only be given by a psychologist or psychiatrist. When you get started off on the wrong foot, you need to stop. You need a good relationship with the person. The woman at the desk reeked of smoke!! Also very unprofessional!

We loved our counselor, but like other reviews have said-- the organization itself is a mess. Records requests have gotten "lost" multiple times over, and when trying to reach the office no one is answering and the mailbox is full.
