Pamela is the best! After years of internal discord and not talking to anyone about it, I agreed to therapy. I look forward to our weekly sessions! It's the best day of the week. I have been working with Pamela Detlefsen for just over six months now. Without going into details, I have been struggling with many aspects of my life. These include work, marriage, coping with my upbringing amongst many more.

While my siblings have been through therapy and spoke highly of their experiences, I was hesitant and prolonged it far longer than I should have. I was lucky and blessed to have been assigned to Pamela. On day 1, I knew something clicked. It was an introductory session that lasted the entire hour of her getting to know me. I am not an open person by nature. Outside of three people, I share my innermost thoughts with no one. Pamela spoke in a way that made me feel like we had known each other for years. Her guidance, demeanor and expertise in her field has helped me greatly.

There are few things I look forward to more than our biweekly calls. I cannot imagine a time where I see myself getting through without our conversations.
