Amazing group of people. They were able to help me recover from the pain that i am having. Kudos to Dr.Robert Wolff for providing expert personalized care. All staff are amazing! Lisa and Mariah assisted me in my floor workouts and never fail to remind me if i forgot a step or if i'm not doing it correctly. The place is clean and well kept. They go above and beyond to provide a very satisfactory. Even my treatment is over i am still planning to comeback for maintenance. Thank you so much!

The fact that they were able to get me in the same day already said a lot about this office. I was treated extremely well by everybody in the office. Dr Wolff was very Knowledgeable and he explained everything in detail for me. Because of him, I will continue to go back and will Refer my friends and family to him

If I could give negative stars, I would! I tried to go to The Joint but their systems were down. So last resort we found this place. As soon as me and my mom walked in, the 3 staff members just stared at us. I literally waited for them to greet/ acknowledge us, seems like after several minutes of them just staring at us they finally greeted us. Awkward, lack of mannerisms. I ask them if they take walk-ins. One of the ladies said “we prefer not to” and didn’t say anything else. So of course I was confused, the question I asked was a Yes or No question. Saying you prefer not to is open ended. You prefer not to, but you can see me in the next couple of hours? You prefer not to, but you are going to offer to make me an appointment? You prefer not to, but you’ll make an exception and see me right away? None of this was addressed. So I literally had to ask again, do you take walk-ins yes or no? To help her understand more easily. She simply said No. She didn’t offer to help make me an appointment. She didn’t offer to see me if they had time. She didn’t offer anything. The 3 people at the front desk, lack customer service skills, lack basic communication skills, And they act like the chiropractor doesn’t want business from anyone. Literally just called The Joint and even though their systems are down, they’re still gonna see me. They were amazing as soon as we walked in. They greeted us and were so kind and polite. I get it. We’re in Laveen and it’s ghetto, but some of us live in the very expensive houses $700,000 + and come from Scottsdale. We’re not used to being treated like trash. Were used to people being treated properly and given exceptional customer service with exceptional verbal communication skills.

Super happy ?
Neck and Black Clinics is the best place to go after a car accident.
The Chiropractors and the stuff secretaries and nurses all are very professional.
When l get with them l start with a lots of pain depression because a car accident is to bad for ours bodies.
After 4 months

Dr. Wolff is amazing. I’ve been working with him for a few weeks and see a big difference. He’s resolving my issues with multiple approaches which include muscle stimulator, back roller, adjustments and he sends me home with exercises and stretches to do.

My husband and I go to see Dr Wolff, he adjusts both of us and sends us home with stretching exercises to help us with getting our bodies right! Dr Wolff is amazing and the staff is very friendly!

The entire staff has been very welcoming and professional! Julisa reached out to book my very first appointment and was very personable over the phone! When I check in I always get greeted by Whitney, Julisa or Mariah with a big smile. Mariah and Lisa take care of the initial warm ups and always show their willingness to help answer any questions making me feel comfortable since I still forget some of my routines now that more are being added. Dr. Wolff is very friendly and knowledgeable so if you get to be seen by him it will be a pleasant experience! If you are looking into the services they offer I highly recommend them! Thank you to the entire staff for contributing to an amazing overall experience for me. I am happy to visit your office all the time!
